Our CNC Messer Edgemax HPR400XD Cutting table features high accuracy precision cutting. Our table is 8 ft. wide x 24 ft long which can accomodate large metal sheets for cutting projects, and is capable of cutting material up to 6 inches thick. The Edgemax is driven by 600 watt AC servo motors coupled to precision planetary gear reducers producig an ccuracy of +- 0.004" in any 72" area with repeatability of +- 0.002". We use OmniWin software which allows us to design the parts you need, or if the part is pre-designed in CAD format, we can import the file provided by the customer for cutting.
